By being given the space to develop their business areas, and yet holding close to our Mission and Vision, our Executive Team are able to drive Red Eye Security Ltd forward and achieve the highest levels of customer service, and service development.
Our Senior Executive Team has a blend of both home grown expertise, and skills brought in from the United Kingdom security industry. Highly skilled, our Senior Executives have the unique blend of customer and security experience, and commercial acumen.
We deliver our services through our people. We are a people business, and both our Board of Management and Senior Executive Team are skilled to encouraging, developing, and supporting our people to ‘raise the bar’ and achieve ever higher level of service. Our Senior Executive Team also has a high level of health & safety expertise, demonstrating that we take our responsibilities towards our people, and the environment in which they work, very seriously.
Our Security Officers are closely supervised and ably supported by their Team Leaders and Managers. Together, they have the kind of local knowledge and on-site training that will keep them a step ahead, whatever the threat. They also have the back-up of Red Eye's Security Control Room. Around the clock.
This state-of-the-art nerve centre is at the forefront of CCTV technology, supporting Static Officers and Mobile Patrols in the field, keeping check on Lone Workers in isolated and often demanding workplaces – indoors and out.
